Before any sample ships, we'll confirm a few things with you.

Depending on the material and your destination, samples can carry import, customs, labelling, controlled-substance, CITES, or phytosanitary requirements. Once you submit, our team will reach out to confirm intended use, destination, importer of record, and any required documentation — and we'll surface anything that needs to be in place before dispatch.
